These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wadah4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wadah4d website located at https://wadah4d.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, and any other gaming products offered thereon.

By creating a wadah4d account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by all terms herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform.

wadah4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered personal account created by a User on the wadah4d Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Eligible Transaction" means a real-money wager placed using the Player's own deposited funds on any game or market offered by the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which wadah4d verifies a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the wadah4d website, any associated mobile-optimised site, and all services offered therein.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagers that a game returns to players over an extended number of spins or rounds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Platform balances are maintained.

To register and maintain an Account on the wadah4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wadah4d strictly prohibits access to minors and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to engage in online gambling and to use the services provided by the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local legislation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of wadah4d or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — including any self-exclusion you have requested on the wadah4d Platform itself.
• You must not have had a previous Account on wadah4d that was closed due to breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each individual is entitled to register only one (1) Account on the wadah4d Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. wadah4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein upon discovery of such conduct.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. wadah4d will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wadah4d's support team immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, wadah4d may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.

wadah4d reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension.

The wadah4d Platform accepts deposits made through the following verified payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. wadah4d does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending further review.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or its cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of transaction). wadah4d does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence requirements.

All Account balances and transaction records are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the precise time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. wadah4d is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time you initiate a crypto transfer and the time it is confirmed.

Players may request a withdrawal of any portion of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods verified in the Player's own name that have been previously used to deposit into the Account.

Before a withdrawal request may be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Player's Account must have undergone and passed all applicable KYC verification steps.
• The Player must not have any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds currently within the Account.
• The withdrawal amount must not be derived from funds that are subject to an active promotional restriction.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM50.

Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests for Gold VIP members are processed instantly. Silver members can expect processing within one (1) hour. Standard Bronze members should allow up to six (6) hours for processing. These timeframes are indicative; additional verification requirements may extend processing time.

wadah4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and payment method ownership evidence — before processing any withdrawal above RM5,000 or when unusual account activity is detected.

wadah4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All promotions are governed by the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all wadah4d promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of five times (5x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Mix Parlay bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Single-match sports bets contribute 50%. Live casino bets contribute 100%. Slot game bets contribute 100%.
• Bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your Account, after which they will expire without compensation.
• Players may only participate in one welcome bonus offer upon first registration. Subsequent accounts created by the same individual to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these Terms.
• wadah4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the wadah4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or market in question. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.

Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the Player, except in circumstances specifically provided for in the applicable product rules (for example, the pre-match cashout feature where enabled).

For sports betting markets — including all English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other covered events — the following general settlement principles apply:

• Match results are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body within the timeframe specified in the product rules.
• In the event that an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with product-specific rules.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to be settled as wins for the full parlay to pay out. A single loss in a parlay results in forfeiture of the entire stake.
• In the event of a clear technical error in published odds — including obvious mispricing — wadah4d reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes.

For live casino games, all game results are generated either through certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer operations. Game round results are final once the round is officially closed by the gaming software or dealer.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the wadah4d Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own or another person's personal details.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other personal detail during the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

wadah4d cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of financial crime or fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notification to the Account holder.

All content on the wadah4d Platform — including but not limited to the wadah4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data structures, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wadah4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of wadah4d materials — including screenshots, promotional assets, or software elements — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wadah4d shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• The Player's access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failure, system interruption, or data loss affecting the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's account or data.
• Any gambling losses incurred by the Player through use of the Platform.
• Any reliance by the Player on any information, content, or advice published on the Platform.

wadah4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

In all circumstances, wadah4d's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.

wadah4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy — and we actively support tools that help players maintain control over their gaming behaviour.

The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time through your Account settings or by contacting the Support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified timeframe. Loss limits activate immediately and are subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusions are irreversible for the elected period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session.

wadah4d reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is the responsibility of each Player to review the current version of these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

In cases of material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, wadah4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered on their Account, though this does not substitute the obligation of Players to review this Agreement independently.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming legislation. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the wadah4d customer support channels.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

For the avoidance of doubt, participation in any dispute resolution process does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

All complaints should be submitted in writing to the wadah4d support team, clearly stating the nature of the dispute, the Account details involved, and the resolution sought. wadah4d commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt.
